A Single User licence is tied to one seat, while a Multiuser licence allows you to purchase multiple seats at a lower per-seat annual cost. Both include the same features.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. When you switch, your existing licence balance is applied toward the Multiuser plan.
Yes. All licences include access to our support team for help with installation, troubleshooting, and general product questions.
infrADAC CAD runs locally on your computer and only requires internet access for install, updates and initial licence activation.
infrADAC Map is browser-based, so an internet connection is required to use it.
No. Council and Utility profiles are available as optional one-time purchase packages that help speed up setup by covering supplementary assets and specific auditing requirements for a given authority. Lifetime updates for packages are provided at no cost.
Users can also create their own profiles at any time, which is included as a standard feature.
A Single User licence is for one seat only. If you need to run the software on multiple computers at the same time, you’ll need additional seats or a Multiuser licence.
