Privacy notice
This notice covers the public website and infrADAC Map. It also covers contact requests, support requests and licensing services.
Effective: 15 July 2026
Information you submit, service and security logs and limited website events.
We use it for support, licensing and product improvement. We also use it to operate, secure and diagnose the services.
We do not sell personal information or build advertising profiles from your activity.
Access is limited to legitimate service needs. Privacy requests are handled with identity checks and the rights available under applicable law.
When you contact us, we handle the details you provide. These details may include your name, email, organisation, phone number, selected product, subject and message. Support records can include correspondence, status and technical notes.
Do not send passwords, licence keys or confidential project data through the public contact form. We will arrange an appropriate transfer method if files are required.
Account services handle identity, organisation and licence information. They may also handle trial, subscription, device and security information required to provide access.
Hosted services record limited request and security data. This may include the time, requested path, response status, network information, user agent and correlation identifiers.
The public website uses necessary security and form state. It does not use advertising cookies or create a persistent advertising identifier.
On infradac.au, limited page entry, active presence and campaign events support service operation and aggregate reporting. Events can include the page path, campaign identifier, browser language, time zone and network or approximate location information derived from the IP address. Query strings and fragments are excluded.
Supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals prevent these website events.
infrADAC Map processes ADAC XML in the browser for display and review. Depending on the feature you use, Map may handle essential browser storage and display preferences. It may also handle optional usage or device metrics, support tickets, collaboration activity and account or licence status.
Only provide project information you are authorised to process. Optional telemetry is not used for advertising profiling.
Galaxy Pixel Studios uses information to respond to enquiries, provide support and administer licences and trials. We also use it to operate requested features, maintain security, diagnose failures and meet legal obligations.
Service providers may handle information for hosting, email, support, payment or security. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where needed to protect users or the service.
We do not sell personal information.
infrADAC products and services are protected by intellectual property laws. This protection covers software, documentation, interface designs, reports, schemas, workflows and related materials. They are supplied under the licence or subscription terms that apply to the customer.
You must not misuse an infrADAC product or use access to copy, reverse engineer, extract, reproduce or systematically analyse protected product materials. In particular, you must not use them to develop, train, validate, benchmark or improve another platform, product or service without prior written permission from Galaxy Pixel Studios.
We may restrict, suspend or revoke access to an infrADAC product where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, unauthorised access or a material breach of applicable terms. We may also act where there is an infringement of intellectual property rights or conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the service. Where practical and lawful, we will consider the circumstances and provide notice or an opportunity to respond. Nothing in this section excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. It is not intended to prevent lawful independent development that does not use protected infrADAC materials.
Records are retained for as long as reasonably required for their purpose. Relevant purposes include support continuity, licensing, accounting, security investigations and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.
Controls include transport security, access restrictions, input validation, rate limiting and operational logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
You may use supported Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track settings for public website events. You can also use the controls provided by infrADAC Map for optional telemetry.
You may ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and records we must retain. You may also raise a privacy complaint using the contact details below. Please describe the issue and the outcome you seek. We will review it, may request information needed to verify the matter and will respond within a reasonable period.
We may update this notice when products, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
Include enough detail for us to identify the relevant service or record. We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.
